I went to loop gallary n asked there for GPRS of china mobile they told me it will not happen in china mobile

This is karamjeet from mumbai.I'm using china mobile Qwerty E71 pro.
My network is aircel & loopmobile .I want to connected manually Pocket Internet in my mobile & wap I don't know how to connect
can anyone tell me abt how to connect
