Hi! can please help me with my problem in my desktop computer! i want to upgrade my 512mb memory to 1G and i use another 512mb memory with same specs. with the one that is installed in my pc, but when i installed the new 512 memory it didn't work. what should i do with this problem please help.......

Hello,

When upgrading the ram memory on your computer you should verify that the new ram modules is of the same frequency as the old one! Else it won't work or sometimes can cause problems to your computer!

How can i determined if it is has the same frequency? I'm sorry for the question, it;s just I'm only a newbie in installing parts of computer.
