Hello,
i am unable to install GTA IV in my Vista Home Basic.when i try to install it , it says - "Your system is not compatible with %p."
i installed it in Vista Ultimate with no problem and i played too.
Is it that GTA IV is not supported with the "Home Basic" Version?
if not then please guide me in stalling this game sucessfully.

nitesh

Configuration: Windows Vista
Opera 9.64

Dear Sir,

this depends on your computer system specfications. I think that you can try running it by just changing the compatiblity mode!

Right Click on the game icon then select compatibility tab
then select run this program in compatiblity mode for : Windows XP!!

Try this it can work !

Wow! That's a cool move fob! :) I have the same issue, well somewhat!
I just got GTA IV. My rig is a Core 2 Quad@2.33, 4GB DDR2 RAM, GeForce 9400GT, 500GB SATA HDD, Windows Vista Ultimate (32 bit).
When I try to install the game, it says "Your system is not compatible with %p."

I don't have SP1 or 2 yet. Is this the problem or something else?

Some help...

Thanks man, just one thing. Clicking the XP option, will it make any difference in the game's performance?
