Sharing file and internet between 2 computers

Hello,
i've connected 2 com through LAN connection. also i have shared internet. it was working properly. Sometimes after i restart any one of the computers, they couldn't share anyfile each other. I tried ping . but 'request time out' seems. I really need your help, Please help me

Configure IP 1' st 192.168.0.1 2's 192.168.0.2 and other must be the same dns e.c.t
