My laptop can`t detect any bluetooth device

Hello,
my Lalptop Dell vostro is unable to detect any bluetooth device i don`t know how i tried with many kinds of phones ,with my mouse...but nothing... please somebody hnow wha`t wrong with my laptop??? al drivers are there i already check the device manager...

Configuration: Windows XP
Firefox 3.0.11

Hi,

make sure you have the driver installed.

check in the manual if your laptop has a Bluetooth Device.

if yes, go to control panel and to activate the Bluetooth device.

Hi,
how can i check bluetooth deive in my pc? and if there is, then how to activate it? I found a bluetooth device driver for my model but when i installed it said " it only run in Microsoft window vista". my laptop model : sony vaio cs320j/ window vista premium home. somebody helps !!!
