Dear Sir,

To check if your pc detects your mp3 player,

Right Click on My Computer then select device Manager,
If you can see it there with a yellow mark this means you will need to install the driver for your mp3.

To install the driver you will have to use the CD that came along with your mp3 player!

Then you will be able to use your device to send data etc...
