Hello,
Since updating iTunes to version 8 my iPhone is not being recognised by iTunes. I have gone though all of the suggestions on the Apple site, including uninstalling and re-installing iTunes. The message states that iTunes does not recognise the iPhone and directs to disconnect then re-connect to correct. Has anyone else had this problem and found the fix. I am running Windows Vista which has all updates.
