Hello,
Printer worked fine (HP PSC 2410xi photosmart) now everytime I try to print it says pending. When I cancel the print job I get error message, Function address 0x60602792 caused a protection fault. (exception code 0xc0000005) Some or all property page(s) may not be displayed. I have tryed the HP Print Diagnostic Utility and I get the following Issues:
Connection Issue
Print Queue Issue
Printer Status Issue
Device Manager Issue

have you tried to remove the program and re install it? Maybe it is corrupted? |
