How do i stop sending spam?

Hello,
i just found out that ive been sending out spam from my msn for a very long time.... dont know how to get rid of it - dont know how it started.

Configuration: Windows Vista
Firefox 3.0.11

Hi,

may sure that the firewall of your computer is turned on and that your antivirus is updated.

if you do not have an antivirus, download one and install it.

Thats not the problem i have up to date norton it does it wethear i have a computer or not. its been happening for years. i have changed pc i have changed house then install good version of msn 9 beta and still doing it.

Change your MSN logon password, you have had your password stolen, probably via one of the 'check who has blocked me websites'.
