Hello,
I have been trying to get my burner to start working and no luck. I open my Itunes and get registry settings please reinstall itunes. did this and still problems, when it does come up and I try to burn cd's i get disc recording not found. did a scan of my computer laptop and it says everything is working properly.

Configuration: Windows Vista Internet Explorer 7.0

I have the same exact problem, and it appears to be vista related. I receive the exact same errors. ugh
