Restart again and again

Hello,
my system shut down by itself and, upon manual (push the button) restart, black then blue screens then shuts off again. Safe mode same action, tried disabling automatic restart, no impact. eve i changed the ram but no use please help

Hye there,
You system files are corrupted or damaged! You will have to repair windows,
You will need to have the Windows Installation disc
Boot your computer using the disc then follow the instructions. You will be asked to repair! Press 'R'.
