Hello,
This isn't a real bad problem but if I could fix it, It would be nice. I have four Hard Drives. My main one is a 320GB SATA II Western Digital with Windows XP x64 on it, My Slave is a 120GB Western Digital ATA 100 with Windows XP Home on it and my Master is a 320GB ATA 100 used for Storage and my last one is a Maxtor 300GB ATA 100 in a external enclosure kit via USB(It's off almost all the time).

The problem is, when I'm loading my XP x64 (SATA II) it sometimes takes 5 passes to 30 (Where you see the Windows Flag) to where it isn't doing anything because the HDD light isnt going. where my Slave with XP Home takes 3+ but when I unplug my IDE cable with the two dirves on it, my Sata loads really fast. I know having more then one drive slows your computer down but I thought it would slow them all down and not just my SATA.
Configuration: Windows XP
Internet Explorer 6.0

You don't give any specs. With many MBoards you need to load SATA drivers when installing WinXP. I assume 64 is the same.

I have a Asus P5ND2 SLI Deluxe Intel Edition. I know I have to have drivers to RAID but I dont think I need any for SATA unless ASUS dosnt make them.
