My problem is the same..my laptop restarts automatically and before that a blue screen appears before that just for a second..pls help as it happens even before my laptop starts..even in the safe mode or any other..and as bobby says delete the recent files...our problem is that our laptop doesnt even start it repeatedly restarts...plz help guyzz.. thnks
