This is the best resolution for the problem that i have found so far...pretty smart whispers...

it's possible that it's a startup and the file is alerady missing, probably deleted or quarantined by your antivirus software, cause this "my web search" has some capabilities to monitor your browsing activity.

ThanX - appreciate your efforts - I had identical problem - suspect it was just as you said - a quarantied s/w item by a recently executed antivirus scan.

Poohy,

antivirus 2008 is a scam, you just gave your credit card number to a spyware, better have your cc number changed. anyway try to purchase something like mcafee or norton they're a lil expensive nut it's worth the cost.

Have you figured out how to fix this problem? I started having this same problem after I updated and scanned my computer. Although, I use the Verizon Fios Internet Service and ever since I started doing my regular clean disk, deframenting I got the same error you got. "Error Loading C:\PROGRA~1\MYWEBS~1\BAR\1.BIN\M3PLUGIN.DLL" and Error Cannot find M3Skinn.DLL, M3SKPlay.exe.

I see that you had Windows XP. I run a Windows Vista and got the same problem. Please let me know how you solved this problem.

Thanks.

Please click on Start, Click on Run and type the following in the open box and click OK
msconfig

Vista: In the Start Search field, type msconfig , and press Enter . The System Configuration window opens.

Or

Press and hold Windows logo key on keyboard and press R. It will open Run Window. Type the following in the open box and click OK

MSconfig

The System Configuration window opens.

Please click on Startup tab

Remove the check mark from entries related to Mywebsearch OR M3PLUGIN.DLL

Then click on Apply, Close and Please click on Exit without restart.

When the system restarts, you will see a message about System Configuration Utility. Click in the box for "Do not Show this message" and then click on OK.

It may work!

Hello there, I am kind of desperate since your solution did not work for me. RECAP:

Upon turning on my computer (I have windows xp) I get the message RUN DLL ERROR LOADING dll 32, The specified module could not be found. Firefox connects no problem but explorer does not work.

Any other suggestion that doesn't require downloading paid programs that do not guarantee anything, are expensive and force me to give my credit card on line?

Tnx
Simone
