There are 4000 students scattered over 5 locations. A group of user complaining they cannot send or receive message from Internet, although they can receive message on the internal mail system. What are the steps needed to be taken to troubleshoot this problem. And how to describe the steps? Kindly please help me
and how prevent prolem caused by faulty or failing hard disk....
