Malwarebytes not working

Hello, malwarebytes, and ne other antivirus software i could find isnt working nemore and i have the google redirecting virus going on. malwarebytes use to work so im guessing theres a virus blocking it now, it wont start in safemode either and my system debugger freezes before it starts. ne advice would help...id like to stay away from taking my computer apart though lol
