Hello,

My current setup is a SATA HDD connected to the motherboard, connected to the CD drive.

Would it be possible to install another SATA HDD without having to install a CD drive with it?

If you have another SATA connector on your board ... sure why not? You don't need a rom! It all depends on how many slots you have avail on your motherboard.
