Hello,
I have Internet connection. I want software to make calls on Mobile/Landline from my PC via Internet, So,please which software is suitable for it. Please advice me.

You can use skype software to call on landlines and mobiles and even do international calls

I also want a software like this but I want to call to mobiles in Portugal and Skype doesn't have that.
