Saving freehand vector to jpeg

Does someone know how to save a freehand vector image to a jpeg without losing the high-quality of the vector text and image.

Hello

Consider saving vector graphics in PNG, TIFF or SVG (scalable vector graphics) format. The reason is that the quality of the above file formats do not deteriorate like it does in jpeg every time images are saved and reloaded. JPEG is ideal only for digital images.
