My cod 4 multiplayer will not work.

I have been playing cod4 since release date worked fine untill i loaded css (counter strike), when i tried playing cod screen went black like nomal then a low res spinny thing comes up the goes back to desktop and says.

iw3mp.exe has stopped working

then says i can close program or online solution wich does nothing.
i need help.

Uninstall the game and re-install it again!! Just make sure your firewall isn't blocking the game!
