Virus cannot be deleted from pendrive

Hello,

I know there is avirus in my Kingston pendrive .My problem is i scanned it from my existing antivirus in my computer ,But virus cannot be removed.Suugest me the way to delete the virus from my pendrive

Configuration: Windows XP Internet Explorer 6.0
