I just got a new HP dv4t laptop, and the fingerprint reader worked well only the first time I turned it on. For some reason, it says I need to "connect the reader". There are no instructions that I could find anywhere in my computer or on the web. The reader is called the DigitalPersona. I tried to download an update for it, but it didn't help. Hope this is enough info. Thanks!
