Windows XP will not boot up

Hello,
I have an Acer Aspire AOA 150 computer. It was working fine one day, but when I turned it on the next day, Windows would not successfully start. It would try to start, but it would go to a screen that said, "windows did not start successfully." I've tried everything I could think of, even calling Acer Support. Any suggestions?
