Office 2007 with XP SP3..are they compatible?

Hello,

I just tried to install the Microsoft Office 2007 Enterprise (Blue Edition) on my PC having the Windows XP Serivce Pack (but no previous MS Office installed) and when I try to run the setep.exe I get the below error saying:
"Setup cannot find the required setup controller file. Either tehre was a network error, an error reading from the CD, DVD, or other installation media, or a problem with the package you downloaded"

Can somebody help me out so that I can finally install this Office 07?
