Hello,
I have hp pavilion d4000 and the cpu fan for the computer is running fast and loud. I downloaded the speedfan program but it did not help. All this happened after I clean the case and the fan.

Configuration: Windows XP Internet Explorer 8.0

Hello,

Did you try opening the case, just try to check if there are some cables touching your CPU fan!
