Hello,
i have windows7 ultimate, i installed the windows messenger 9 and i didnt like it so i deleted it,when i installed windows messenger 8.0 ,they ask me whenever i sign in to download the newest version..i need some help to sign in through the messenger without downloading the newest version..thx

Yes this is quite normal as you are using vista! You can still try using Windows Live Messenger 8.5!
