When i download messenger plus

Hello,
I came up to this part , where i wanted to download Msn Messenger Plus . When i run to download it and choose and the Language and everything when it comes to the end it says Messenger plus downloaded Succsessfully , it also says you just have to Open your normal Windows Live Messenger 9.0 (the newone ) and you'll find it on it.. on the other hand I downloaded this Messenger Plus from the main site..When i open msn i cant find Messenger Plus nor the new features i try downloading it again and still i restarted my computar and still..I go to the main file on Local Disk C and i click messenger plus the only things that are there was the scripts and skin and others..So how can i fix that to get messenger plus ?
