My Black Desktop

Hello,
I have this problem too,My windows desktop became black color and unable to set a desktop wallpaper permanently. Also I'm getting a notification message that this windows is not the genuine one....Please give me a resolution to resolve this problem....

Hi , Please try to reinstall the windows, and do not try to download windows updates,because if you will do that,you will have same problem,that's how you can solve this problem.Good Luck

I have a question.
My OS was Win XP Service Pack 2, but after download Service Pack 3, and update it, this problem occurs.
If I uninstall Service Pack 3, My Problem Solved?
