Need pictures off my phone

Hello,
I have 2 new Motorola W376g camera phones in which I'm trying to get the pictures off and into my new computer. Motorola does not support this phone in their website for this it says. I have downloaded Windows Mobile Device Center, and it does not respond to my phone. What do I download?

Configuration: Windows Vista Internet Explorer 8.0

Look you can transfer your photos by bluetooth. You will have to purchase a USB Bluetooth adapter to plug to your pc!! Then you can transfer data from phone to pc easily!

Thanks for your help :) , why doesn't my usb cord (that came with my MP3 player) work?

I'm sure it does, but Windows needs to ID the phone onece it detects it on the USB port so you'll need to have the disk that came with your phone or go to the website and get some pc drivers.
