My Mouse wont stop auto clicking

Hello, My mouse on my sony vaio computer won't stop auto clicking and i already read a message on this site that sugested how to fix this but i tryid and it dsen't work because my machine is a vaio has i already said and it has its own mouse options, configuration and i just happens to not have the option for turning off auto clicking, i'm going crazy because i cant do anything with it opening folder's if i don't have to mouse moving ALL the time. does anybody know how to stop this? id really apreciate some help.

Hi,

get the button repaired by a technician or disable the mouse and use an external mouse.

Click start > my computer > tools > Folder options > general tab > click items as follows section > select the radio button for the option "Double-click to open an item (single click to select)"
