Personal antivirus.. nothing is working!!!

Hello,
I have tried everything to get this virus gone!!! i even had a guy at work who works on computers try and even malware bytes and one other program would not even start to run!! is this going to ruin my computer!! i was on facebook when it happened.. it just took over my screen trying to scan and tell me i had viruses! i wish these ppl that make these stupid viruses and hack computers would use their computers skills for something better.. i know if i had the knowledge of computers, i would get a good job and make money instead of making ppl mad!!! what can i do? i can't afford to spend 200-300 bucks to take it to a professional or is that what i need to do??!!

You need to tell us more information. You say your Anti-Viruses will not open? Or did you mean that the scanner found a virus. If it did, then tell us all the location of the virus. (Virus Scanners often tell us the viruses location)

It should be something like C:/Windows/****/****/ etc....

Sorry i should have been more clear!!! something to the extent of personal antivirus downloaded itself on my computer.. i couldn't stop it.. i tried a lot of the things that other ppl have said to try and it will not work.. malware bytes will not even attempt to run.. when i am online,, it says i am blocked... and won't work... i ran my trend micro to see what it says and it said i have roughly 7 trojan horses in my computer.. i am about to throw my system recovery disk in and just do that but then it deletes all my other stuff... i tried going to my computer, local disk C and then follow them steps in the uninstall but not working... i am so dang frustrated i could vomit!!!!! almost everyone on here was able to remove that personal antivirus.. how come i can't!! please help!!!! and thank you! :)

So what did you end up using to get rid of it..this happened to me while i was farming on facebook.i am crazy now..it is really screwing things up and i am scared to download ANYTHING right now

I tried that but malware bytes will not work! it won't even start running cuz this "personal antivirus" has blocked most of my internet

Hey, not sure if you're still having the problem but if the antivirus is blocking most of your internet right click on the internet explorer icon and run it without add ons. (it should be the second choice down on xp).

You definitely don't need to ever spend 200-300 on professional help... not for computers anyway.

http://www.fixedlikemagic.com have a complete clean out service for $60.

You can probably remove this by yourself though. The reason malwarebytes didn't work is because PAV blocked it.. If you rename the file though to something else, then it should work. MalwareBytes should be able to remove PAV easily.
