Hello,

Need to connect to Quest Atlantis (virtual world). The app opens with no prob on laptop running Vista, but will not connect on desktop running XP. Here is the info QA has sent me:

Host (IP)
Requires Ports Open

atlantis.crlt.indiana.edu<http://atlantis.crlt.indiana.edu/> (156.56.1.92) 80, 443

atlantis.activeworlds.com<http://atlantis.activeworlds.com/> (64.94.241.206) 80, 443, 5870, 5970

objects.activeworlds.com<http://objects.activeworlds.com/> (64.94.241.214) 80

I have made exceptions for the ports and even gone so far as to open Windows firewall completely and still can't connect. My ISP (COX) tells me it's a modem issue (NetGear Range-max WPN824 v.2) NetGear says it's not. -HELP!

Configuration: Windows XP
Firefox 3.0.11
