HELP for Ethernet Controller Downloader

Hello,
I have a yellow question mark next to "Ethernet Controller" in my device manager. The computer information is as follows:
Intel(R) Pentium(R) 4 CPU 2.80GHz with
Microsoft Windows XP Home Edition 2002 installed
ACPI Multiprocessor PC
Maxtor 64080L0

Please Help me... I know im supposed to be downloading some program but I'm not sure which one. Thank you so much.

Yes your LAN ethernet controller isn't installed! Please install it from your Driver CD!!
