HELP for Ethernet Controller Downloader

Hello,
I have a yellow question mark next to "Ethernet Controller" in my device manager. The computer information is as follows:
Intel(R) Pentium(R) 4 CPU 2.80GHz with
Microsoft Windows XP Home Edition 2002 installed
ACPI Multiprocessor PC
Maxtor 64080L0

Please Help me... I know im supposed to be downloading some program but I'm not sure which one. Thank you so much.Configuration: Windows XP Safari 525.28.1

Yes your LAN ethernet controller isn't installed! Please install it from your Driver CD!!
