Connection INTERNET CABLE from MODEM to HUB

Hi ,
I connected the wire from MODEM to HUB and 3 computers to the HUB. But we cant play multiplayer in those systems. The error is like this.......
Internal and External ip are different.Is it possible to correct it?? If so, How?

Hye,

All you have to do is to host the game from a pc and try connecting from the other pc using direct IP settings! They will need to enter your IP in their network settings! and then connect!

Actually we want to play with guys thru internet. as the external ip is same for all systems. we cant do tat.
