I downloaded the messenger 9.0 traditional chinese version but was unable to install it, pls help!

Hye there,

You will need to install windows installer to be able to install the new windows live messenger!

Thanks jackoz, but where can i download windows installer? do u mean the exe file (by clicking the "download" button on the link u provided)? i've already downloaded that actually but couldn't run it. an error msg prompted me and states "unable to install" (the error msg is in chinese so this is not the exact wordings, just my translation).
