It must show up in disk management before you can continue. Be sure to pull down the area in case the view is below the other drives. If it isn't there then return the box. Only last idea would be to view it with a knoppix cd or other linux live cd. Or try on another system. My guess would be the connector to the disk is loose or fallen off or some other damage. In any case you have to return it to protect warranty. |
Registry Error, Check error code in device manager. type it in the troubleshooter. It will tell you to Remove 2 lines from registry. Works fine |
