Excel macro for unhiding and hiding

Hello,
I am trying to find a way to record a macro that would allow me to first unhide a worksheet, make edits to that worksheet, and then hide that worksheet when it is done. It sounds simple, but somehow when I tried doing that by recording the macro the sheet that I want to be hidden at the end of the macro needs to be unhidden before the macro is executed, which defeats the purpose.
I don't want anyone to be able to see that worksheet or what the macro did to it at any time.

Can someone help me?

Configuration: Microsoft Excel 2003
