PctsSvc.exe-Application error

Hello,

I keep on getting a popup box on my computer that says

pctsSvc.exe-application error

X the exception unknown software exception (0x0eedfade) occurred inthe application at location 0x7c812a5b

how do i get rid of this problem?
Configuration: Windows XP
Internet Explorer 7.0

Hi I would be interested too. I have excatly the same message (Excatly) and I only get it on shut down and only after I have been using my wireless broadband card
