Hello, i'm investigating into the possible network topologies and media that could be used to create an in-house network (LAN) for my company's stock control system in the warehouse. this system will require a number of workstations, a large database and peripheral equipment fro creating invoices, data input, etc.
Explain how the topologies operate.
What topology do u recommend and which medium should be used?

Configuration: Windows XP
Firefox 3.0.11
