Blank calendar in system restore in window xp

Hello,
I am having my system restore with a blank calendar. I install all the dll files stated , but still displaying a blank calenda. Please help

Configuration: Windows XP
Firefox 3.0.10

Hi,

try the system restore when logged in the safe mode.

press F8 repeatedly when starting your computer to enter the boot menu and then select Safe mode.

a message will pop up, click No and you will be directed automatically to the system restore menu.
