No Free Space on local D: drive

Hello,
I had some horrible trojans ( seekapp among others) on my computer (even in my sound control?) Anyway my father in law does some work with computers. He told me what he did was quarantine all the programs and EVERYTHING on my computer, then formatted and installed windows xp pro ( I had windows XP Home). So EVERYTHING is STILL there (12 years worth of crap). Now my computer is telling me 0MB Free Space in Local D: drive.
I tried to get back into windows XP Home, but when we did it wouldn't really run. It takes like 15 minutes to load anything, including Add/Remove programs list. Before it does load anything the computer restarts itself, and of course we have to start over and then it does it again. IT IS VERY VERY BAD. And I think my computer is going to crash if I don't do something soon. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE HELP ME.

Hi,

make sure that he has created partitions to create disk space.

you will have to format the hard disk again.

and then reinstall windows.
