If you have a hacked password easiest thing to do (if they have not changed the password on you) is to change it to something harder to guess. If that fails then make a new account and tell all your frineds to delete the old one. Be sure to include number lower and upper case letters and make it nice and long if you are still able to change your password yourself.

Ok if you want to get your old one back, try going to the "forgot my password" option, if when you made the account you put in an alternate email they will send the password to that email. From there you can change it and your secret question(if you made one) so that hopefully it wont be hacked again. If you didn't put in an alternate email or they have hacked that account to there is not much you can do.

Ok so you didn't have an alternate email. Did you try clicking the forgot my password button anyway? Because if you made a question when making the account for cases just like this then you may still be able to get into your account still. Otherwsie see if you can contact support for msn directly and they may be able to help you.
