Ethernet and vga problem

Hello,

i had a problem with ethernet and vga nvidia driver. my notebook is acer aspire 4520 vista compatibility but i have installed windows xp sp2 and it showsa problem with ethernet and vga nvidia driver are missing.
i cannot connect to internet.

please help me, i m facing this from last 3 days.

Configuration: Windows XP Internet Explorer 6.0

I have NOT used their drivers and can't give any recommendation
