Multimedia audio controller

Hello,
my computer doesn't reproduce the audio, i tried downloading the audio driver for its model but it is a dell and for some reason it says that is not the same driver.actually i looked under problem devices on system info and it says that multimedia audio controller pci/ven 1102 & dev 0007 doesnt have the driver installed, i dont even know what it means but a friend told me i could find the driver that way. however i havent found it. if someone know how to help please answer me 'cause it's killing me not being able to hear sounds on the computer. by the way it has windows xp sp 2 if it helps.

Try this link to download ur real driver.
if the problem is still there re-install the operating system and try to install the ur driver
