Vista icons folder

Hello,


Can anybody tell me where i can locate the windows icon folder.

I would really like to change a icon that have nothing on it to a nicer one, but when i try to browse for icons i can't find the default icons anymore ?
Configuration: Windows XP
Internet Explorer 6.0
