Sound in pc video call

Hello,my pc does not produce sound in pc to pc video call,windows live messenger but my sound is ok in other programs,the person im talking to can here clearly but me i ccannot here anything at all,so what should i do?

Hi,


This can be because of the version of messenger that you are using is not compatible,

I would advice you to make sure to have the lastest messenger and also configurate you sound and video settings before trying to make calls.


Open messenger click on tools


select audio and video setup.


Follow the wizard :)
