Hello,
in my laptop if swith on after welcome become blank with cursor.what is the main problem of my laptop?plz help me.plz.

Configuration: Windows vista

You are using Windows Vista... i will advise you go to safe mode and do a system restore...

Just press F8 when your pc starts then you will have the choice to do a system restore!!

Choose a date when your pc was working fine! Let the process to complete.. then restart your pc!
