Hello, The problem is when I restore my computer then the power came out. When I turn on my computer again there is the message "bootmgr missing press ctrl alt del to restart" I tried to fix this problem using vista recovering disc but it doesnt work. I tried also to install any OS but there is an error message everytime I install any OS. THe error message said that my computer cannot recognize my hard drive or hard drive controllers. Pls help me to solve this problem... Thanks

Configuration: Windows XP Internet Explorer 7.0

Hello,

This error message often comes when the cd is damage.

Try re installing a fresh copy of windows with a another Disc , also if you are having the same problem please contact you Vendor it can also be a hardware problem.

Ive got the same problem 2 years ago . i was not able to install windows or another os on my comuter and the problem was with my cd drive.. it required a cleaning:)
