Hello,
I am using PTCL EVDO USB modem. I am facing problem with download. When I start downloadind it start from 300 KBps but immediately drop to 40KBps and hover there

please advis how to fix this problem

Hye,

this is normal! it depends on the connection speed you have! If you have a 512Kbps connection this is the normal download rate up to 60 kbps!
