Hello,
Hello,
I have been trying to set up my wireless printer all night to no avail. I have a Kodak ESP 9 All-in-one wireless printer and have tried to connect it to two different computers but receive the same error message "No Kodak Printer Detected".

Both Computers (Lenovo Y450 w-Vista & Sony Viao w-XP) are connected to the wireless connection fine. The printer is also showing that it is connected to the wireless connection (and we have checked & rechecked to ensure it is on the right network with the right security key etc). My preference is to set it up on the Lenovo at least. I have contacted Kodak Tech Support 3 times with no solution in sight!

The problem is that Neither computer is detecting the printer? I have uninstalled (via manufacture specific instructions) the printersoftware & have done the updates. I have followed their limited helpfiles and there is nothing that mentions anything about that error message.

I have looked in the network settings and the printer section and the printer is not being detected at all.

If you have any other suggestions it would be greatly appreciated. I AM NOT 'term' savy but am good with step-by-step instructions.

Thanks for any help in advance!

Configuration: Windows Vista Internet Explorer 8.0
